Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

GryonUp ("we", "us") operates the multi-platform social media management service available at https://app.gryonup.com. We can be contacted at info.gryon@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, hashed password, IP at last login.
• Connected social account data: OAuth access tokens and the metadata each platform exposes (account name, handle, avatar). Tokens are encrypted at rest with XChaCha20-Poly1305.
• Content you publish: video files, thumbnails, captions, schedule metadata.
• Engagement data: public comments and direct messages routed through your connected accounts, cached so you can reply through GryonUp.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe — we do not store card numbers.
• Operational logs: request paths, response codes, error context. No request bodies are persisted.

3. How we use it

To deliver the service: publish your content to the platforms you connect, drive the AI auto-reply you configure, surface engagement in your unified inbox, bill your workspace, and provide support.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models. AI replies are generated on-demand via Anthropic Claude with content scoped to the active workspace.

4. Third-party processors

• Hetzner Cloud — hosting (DE / US).
• Cloudflare — DNS, WAF, CDN.
• Anthropic — AI inference for auto-reply.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email.
• Social platforms you connect (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and similar) — to publish content and read engagement on your behalf, scoped to the permissions you grant.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time. The dashboard exposes self-service export and account deletion in Settings > Danger zone. Account deletion is immediate; data is purged within 30 days of the request.

6. Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active. Backups roll off within 30 days of deletion. Audit logs are retained for 12 months for security and compliance.
