Terms of Service

1. The service

GryonUp is a software-as-a-service platform that publishes content and manages engagement across social media networks on your behalf. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for content you publish through GryonUp.
• You must have the rights to publish the media you upload.
• You must comply with the terms of each connected platform (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Keep your credentials safe. Enable two-factor authentication on your account.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use GryonUp to engage in spam, harassment, illegal content, deceptive practices (impersonation, fake engagement), or anything that violates the policies of the platforms you connect. We will terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Subscription & billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance by Stripe. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; service continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for unused time except where required by law.

5. AI-assisted features

Replies generated by AI are based on the configuration you provide. You remain responsible for what GryonUp publishes on your behalf. AI replies are clearly labeled in the dashboard and can be approved manually before posting.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with notice except in cases of fraud or security risk.

7. Limitation of liability

GryonUp is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We will notify you of material changes to these Terms at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
